We have resolved the issue that was causing users to receive a certificate-based authentication error when logging in to Confirm Enterprise. The resolution has been validated with affected clients, and services are now operating as expected.

We apologise for any inconvenience or disruption this issue may have caused and thank you for your patience while we worked to restore normal service.

We are currently investigating an issue affecting Confirm Enterprise login, where users are receiving a certificate-based authentication error.
As a temporary workaround, non-SSO users can enter their password in the authentication pop-up to log in successfully.

Confirm Web and ConfirmConnect are not impacted.

We are treating this as a top-priority and are working to restore normal service as quickly as possible.
