On Friday, April 1st, 2022 – 10:00pm until Saturday, April 2nd, 2022 – 4:00am EST Dude Solutions will perform infrastructure maintenance. During this time, Event Manager, and all Public Calendars will be unavailable. Event Manager will be upgrading our web hosting services to better provide you with world-class solutions as technology advances over time.

System maintenance benefits include:
• Greater system stability due to infrastructure and technology improvements which results in less downtime - planned and unplanned
• Improved flexibility for our maintenance windows so we ensure optimal product availability • More disaster recovery options available - to preserve data should anything happen

Action Required:
1. Please notify your internal IT department of the following: If you previously allowed specific Event Manager IP addresses you will need to update this to either ingest the new AWS IP range of JSONs (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/general/latest/gr/aws-ip-ranges.html) for the US-East-1 region or whitelist at the domain level to allow all outbound tcp traffic over ports 80 and 443 to *.dudesolutions.com.
2. Prepare and distribute any desired communications for your external requestors that the public calendar and community site will be unavailable during this time.
